I'm west coast. Been playing with 90+ ping forever. To me it's never really mattered where the server is or who hosts it. Every server has basically been the same unless there's a noticeable amount of lag or ping inconsistency. Stop crying and just play.

This looks like a lot of fun. I'd imagine that each region can field a pretty damn good team.
