if your running on a high speed net, and your computer is fairly new. I would consider try doing what I did by lowering the FPS_Max to 85 and FPS modem to 90 and see how that does. Also set your CPU affinity to 1 core, since this game was made on outdated tech that causes problems for some newer ...
