It's components are good for joints, but from my perspective I'D ask for mobic.
If it's cartilage related, it's simply inflammation from friction. Again, I'm recommending you see a doctor. Meloxicam doesn't contain acetaminophen and should be okay to take frequently.

As far as the Glucosamine and Chondroitin you've selected, often times manufacturers put well over the recommended DV to up the price. With that said, if you're comfortable with what you selected you can't really go wrong. Be sure to follow the directions and be sure to take it DAILY.
From what I read the daily recommended dose was around 1200mg. With these only being slightly higher, I figured it would be a pretty good choice. Thanks!

out of expierence after doing extrem sports for 15 years, i would go to a doctor, the longer you wait it regularly gets more painfull and more unlikly to go away for good, i've been waiting too loing with some injuries and the pain comes back now and then if i put to much exporsur on them. Even though in this case it was a wrist injurie, most joint injuries are real hard to get healed or it takes forever or like in my case there is a slight damage forever.

back to topic, go to a doctor speculating about it is the worst you can do, only a doctor can tell you what's realy going on, espacialy with the knees as it's a pretty complicated build joint where you got bones, cartilage, filaments, tilaments and muscles all working together to have it full functional so basicly it could be anything of it. and takeing some drug to make the pain go away or useing something which could work as a cover up for the real reason shouldnt be too good after all, so i would strongly recomand to visit a doc.

You must have fallen for this facebook farce

When in fact it had been established that this guy is, in fact, NOT a combat veteran or some such facebook nonsense.
Here is the subject defending his rather disproportionate legs on the original thread DAYS before on forum.bodybuilding.com

Also Jakimo is the furthest from a douche I can call to mind in this community. He's a good shit.

5 steps, consider it as a walk trough.
1: Go to doctor.
2: Either he recommends rest or something(A), or (B) he recommends a surgery. (If B go to step #3, if A go to step #5)
3: Become a citizen of your northern neighbor. (Canada)
4: Have a surgery in said northern neighbor.
5: Success!

Note: step #3 may be difficult to do if you are not qualified to get citizenship. If so, then cut of your leg and steal jaggons leg.
