wow guys. gj on just straight up attacking my approach on lifting.

I am sorry my picture looks rough. I know how to **** deadlift. It took me a little while to figure out what worked best for me and obviously that form isn't the form I was going to stick with. I was trying to use that picture as a point to show off my progress. I figured Alex posted his picture, I will post mine, nothing wrong with that. Sorry I sent off the troll alarm. So you know I work my ass off in the gym, probably harder than 90% of you have ever, even your best day in the gym isn't as hard as my normal day. My goal is simple get strong as hell and look even stronger. I will let you know I take your advice, I look at what you have to say and I listen. I listen to everyone's opinion because lifting is something I care about. So don't sit here and patronize me when most of you haven't even come close to a weight as heavy.

In regards to me talking about stile- his form is great. I think he needs to work on his negative portion of the rep. It is not easy to do a negative especially while deadlifting. But you look like a complete ass hole dropping 225 lbs on the ground from a deadlift. You also need to speed things up a little. If you are going at 75-100% of your max for deadlifts then I can understand taking some time in between reps, but you clearly were not. So try and pump those out a little faster. It is easy to get more reps when you have a good rhythm going. Getting your form down is important and I don't know about you but I have an easier time keeping form if I never come out of that rhythm.

Next time I will put more meat to my arguments so you can understand where I am coming from. I just didn't think it was necessary here, obviously I was wrong.
