I think its only in areas or natural disasters are common such as the gulf of mexico, and more notable places where you are actually required to have "natural disaster" insurance. If not then I mean the insurance companies wouldn't have any business after this as no one would continue to buy any.

well when my friends house burnt down, he was required to submit proof of purchase for a majority of larger items, all the small things they took his word on. I don't have any proof of purchase for my TV as i bought it in cash, but my computer i have through newegg. Just wondering if they will require proof for all the damage done via hurricane sandy or not.

Just so you're aware, your team is ranked a close 2nd behind KS for teams that are ridiculous and unreasonable.
