He's not the type of habitual cheater that has plagued this community and deserves to be banned. I mean, TPG can do whatever they like, but to me this is like the NBA suspending someone from their league for talking shit to a ref at a pickup or rec league game in a park. It's one thing where a damning HLTV demo is the proof TPG needs to ban a habitual cheater who they're like 90% sure has been cheating in matches. It's something else when a clean player cheats in a 12-man during the league off-season.

I totally understand what you mean here, how he hasn't cheating ever, and this one time doesn't mean he will continue to cheat. But that doesn't mean if he's not a habitual cheater, he doesn't deserve the ban. I mean, would anyone that doesn't cheat regularly/ever get a "Get Out of Jail Free" card and also not deserve a ban, even if its also in a 12man?

It happens all the time, why do you think people like pat jaggon and ryan emo (up until he got caught for the 5th time?) are still allowed to play? One good thing defiance did was get rid of those idiots from tpg-ac because who can stop you from cheating when your the one with the power to ban people? I mean seriously guys you can watch pat norecoil in half his movies yet things like that are swept under the rug. I'm not here pleading to be unbanned, bc I honestly do not care. It has nothing to do with the game being dead...etc I just don't have the time to play. I still plan on 12 manning and if anyone has a problem I will gladly record and send after. I made a stupid judgement call and yes I'm sure some will view me as some big time cheater, but I think what Dan is trying say is thats just not who I am, and hes been around me long enough to know im not some habitual cheater. I made a mistake and now im paying for it, I dont deny anything and again I apologize to people like Softer sin and grimm for putting lab in a bad light. I assure you guys it was a one time fluke, I was doing stupid shit like trying to shoot through 3 walls to kill people, I just got pissed and didn't care, and yes I'm sure I was buzzin off some colt 45 here in my double wide! <3 to all the people who aren't just band wagon idiot cheaters jumping on here trying to make themselves feel better.

jb's a cool guy he knows what he did and never denied anything. he was probably as shocked as i was. come to think of it he was probably worse with cheats than he is without them lol. regardless a year is a year its not really a big deal since he rarely played matches anyway. ill still invite him to 12mans.

It basically looked exactly what it likely was: someone very drunk (his movements and quickswitching seemed like there was some serious inebriated fat fingers going on) cheating for the first time ever. Although I don't really agree that any cheating is "justified," there is a point to be made here with the community just accepting and allowing certain people to repeatedly hack. Ryanemo and Jaggon were both banned for life for repeatedly hacking. Seriously, it was so many times that they were banned for life. Then there was that season I played about a year ago where there was some guy named Dustin Young who was hacking in every scrim he played in, yet people just allowed him to play. I feel like when I used to play games more actively, if someone like that tried to roll into a pug they'd just get instantly banned and not allowed to play.
