Charlie, lay off crank. I'm in vent with him every day on his team. If he cheated, he'd have a support ticket from me faster that you'd be able to get the demo. Not because i don't like the guy, but because I've told everyone in vent that I'm tired of playing against/with cheaters. So, if you think anyone on vVv cheats, you don't really have to worry, I'll dispute them myself.
And I've told each and everyone one of them about it. Now please stop the bickering, act like gentlemen and shake each others hands.

As far as I'm concerned, Crank isn't culpable in anyway for Nicholson's choices.

As for this:

"§7.8 Distribution of Cheats

Distribution of cheats shall be considered the same as cheating and will carry the same punishment as cheating. This includes linking/hosting/sharing cheats in any public or private setting. Cheats are defined as any third party program, script, or SOUNDPACK that aids in the playing of Day of Defeat."

There are some real issues with proving, enforcing, and justifying it.
Equating it with a one year cheater ban is also difficult to understand.
I would've loved to hear the discussion that predicated this rule's adoption.

Many of the really good dod movies utilize the cheats as a visual tool.
Thoroughly scrutinizing player submitted demos as a pub admin, TPG captain etc., is made profoundly easier and are argueably legitimate uses.
Making file sharing a bannable offense might just be a step too far...
