Sony said they won't restrict "used games" but in the end it will be up to the developers. If they already have Microsoft on-board with this process and things go well, they will just end up restricting the PS4 in some form or fashion. I call it a power-move from MS. The $100 price point difference, oh well. You get the Kinect with the Xbox, the PS4 doesn't come with it's camera.
