AusDoD Revival Season 1 Grand Final.

Hey guys,

Just thought I'd let you all know that after a mostly successful season 1 we are now having our grand final Best of 3 series.

We had a knockout top 4 semi finals on sunday night with the following teams battling it out on Anzio.

1.Rats vs 4.ca$hmoney
2. Uprising vs 3. eXtremists

ca$hmoney defeated Rats by about 90 points.
Uprising defeated eXtremists by about 20 points.

Both games were awesome to watch and we had shoutcasts going as well.

The grand final maps were selected using the Banning Draft style with 3 maps being left to play includes.

map1. Harrington map2. Chemille map3. Anzio (decider)

Uprising vs ca$hmoney Grand Final will most likely be played either Sunday 3rd or Monday 4th.

Ill throw up more details for you guys when we have definite dates and times.

We will be running a shoutcast from the ausdod teamspeak.

Yeah the team made a comeback for this season.

Some of the original members and some new ones.

Musty, Grim(Gardz), Mwaxy, Slipper, Rize, Darkness, zfear

You guys should totally link up with TPG and get your own Aussie division!

I've been trying to get the right people in touch with each other to make it happen. It would help keep your league going and you'd have the TPG site to track your sesason's progress.

Good luck I hope it happens. Or at least you guys continue to play. Just seeing that people still play this game on a large scale makes/keeps my dick hard

Yeah there was rumors of that happening.

We are in to process of getting a new site together that will host the comp gaming side of things.

With Teams/ladders/player stats/free agents.

We are definitely doing a season 2 with hopefully more then 7 teams.

This first season was more of a "toe in the water" type of comp. Just to see if it is sustainable for aussie dod.

So far its been great.

Would be awesome if some of you US guys could be present for the GF series. Was thinking that our shoutcasters could have one or some of you as special guests!!!

i'd like to see an ausdod match with a shoutcast, that'd be cool. had fun playing a 12man with some of you guys on a random sunday morning.

Had been fun to play matches(or 12mans), the ping should not be that bad and it's only 11am CET, if the matches are played at 9pm AEDT.
