Lifting heavy means you'll just get bulky. If you want to look like Arnold, lift heavy for 6 months. I don't want that. So I agree with pushups.

Probably buckling your hands rather than keeping your wrists straight. As in, your form sux.

you can still gain mass from body weight exercises, but they won't be as significant as lifting.
