Well said Mr. Foo! Mr. Trayvon Martin really can't have a good defense since he's dead. When the only witness to the shooting of Trayvon, is the shooter himself. Zimmerman still may be brought up on charges by the federal government....at least that's what the news is reporting this morning. I'd like to see this off the news, its quite annoying a year and 5 months after the incident.

i dont agree with the shoot one bit but the underlining here is that this situation is completely avoidable and juat like the cop shooting the dog there was a big lack of common sense. i mean whats this kid doing peaking around a gated community. people spend good money for their security. in a world where racial profiling is used more than anything why was tayvon putting himself at risk. why does he maintain his stance? they are all questions that obviously cant be answered since the boy is gone but had he chose to go to movies that night like ur average 17 yr he would still be breathing. zimmerman on the other hand to me anyway is that classic fatbpy whos been picked on his whole life. decided to buy a gun and be a rent a cop. getting beat up by a kid was probably a reminded and brought up some rage and allowed him to become i such a rage he pulled the trigger. this is my two cents but in my opinion both are at fault and at the very least this is manslaughter. defending urself is one thing but drawing the gun im sure would have been enough to make the kid run away... but fighting in america is a tad different than in canada so what do i really no.
