i posted my last reply without even reading tony's post. are you now trying to tout marijuana as a weight loss drug?
i guarantee you that any weight loss benefits that weed has (i highly doubt this information is true, but for the sake of argument, i will assume it is) is 100% negated by the effects it has on peoples life styles, eating habits, motivation, lack of exercise or even lack of moving around at a moderate pace throughout your average day. and even though there will always be the exceptions to the rule, for the most part, it will not promote weight loss as an end result even if some random minute scientific study shows that it raises metabolism by whatever percent. one of the reasons they prescribe it to cancer patients is to deal with side effects of the cancer and the chemotherapy. and one major chemo side effect is LACK OF APPETITE. aka, one of the major reasons they medically prescribe weed, which is the most positive benefit that it provides (aiding cancer patients) is to help the person EAT MORE, GAIN WEIGHT AND ADD NUTRITION INTO THEIR BODY. so it is actually being prescribed to do the exact opposite, which is help people gain weight.
letting the government make a little extra money off taxing marijuana sounds great and all (as if they don't make enough money from taxing everything else already..) but not at the expense of producing productive members of society.

You're getting a little chunky around the edges yourself sevEN. Maybe you should pick up a joint and shed some of that anger-weight.
and tony... do you even **** lift you skinny ball headed phaggot? i'm up right now at 5:30AM to go to the gym for deadlifts & back day before i go work a 9 hour day at the **** bank. wtf do you do with your life? btw, if you did some more reading, you might come across the fact that marijuana has been shown to lower testosterone in your body. so it might be all that weed you smoke thats making your hair fall out before you're 30 years old.
