It has come to my attention that you are using personal images of myself that were taken from my personal accounts on social networking sites. These images are the sole property of myself and any of those that have taken the images, and you are engaging in using those images without permission from myself or those that have taken them.
Given the clear use of these images not only invade my privacy and involve defamation of myself, I sent you an email on October 24th, 2012 around 4:30pm EST, requesting that any and all images being used of myself be removed immediately. Since you have been unwilling to compromise to our request, I, Ryan William Seavert, demand that you immediately cease the use of my personal images from your site in its entirety.
If a response is not communicated to show the images have in fact been removed from your site’s archives within the next 72 hours, I, Ryan William Seavert, will be forced to pursue further legal actions to rectify this situation and will be contacting my lawyer in regards to the infringement.
I look forward to your confirmation that the images have been removed and the issue resolved.

I hope he realizes ( and any other idiot) that your images that you upload to social networking sites are not protected. Especially if you were the one to upload them, its exactly why te morons who post the "i do not give you permission" posts in facebook are idiots, you agreed to the user agreement when u signed up for those sites that states pretty much we'll do what we want, and now your shit is public domain.
He's a **** idiot, who deserves to be hit by a car repeatedly.
