When it comes to reactions.. mangas/animes like Beelzebub and One Piece are on a whole nother level. Facial expressions seem unimportant but they really do convey a lot of emotion that is going on in a panel/scene.

ehhh nostalgia
good times when I arrived home after college to ripped fansubbed animes with japanese audio w/ english subtitles... back then I used to watch trigun (hence the stampede!), love hina, ****, bersek, record of lodoss war... I used to like yuyu hakusho also. didn't watched anything new from like 2003 onwards though except some naruto episodes with my nephew
