None of these people should be attempting any of this...
Why the **** are they having them start in reverse grip only to do their version of "clean and jerk". Is that supposed to be an extra "challenge" to "shock their systems". What a **** joke.
This is just so embarrassing that this shit is getting so popular. I get asked so often "bro do you crossfit?".
