More movies should have it, but it takes some editing and effects to make it fit.

I was hoping this was ProGamer Dan Schey's announcement that he was switching to LoL full time.

Good clips! I felt like I was watching Death Raiserz 4: DoD.

That was pretty badass. How long did it take you to make that clip?

I wish, I actually spent way too much time playing with profiction/ko when we played a couple seasons back, but only really could get to a "good" tpg-invite level and felt a tier or two below the people who could carry their teams. I didn't feel that way back in the day, but it seems like everyone today that plays above tpg-main has mastered strafing and has ridiculously good aim, whereas back in the day it felt like only 5-10 players were at that level.

I don't know, I have/had a pretty boring playstyle by movie standards and steve makes me seem like an exciting player to watch. I guess that's what I meant haha
well, now that you put me in the mix, i have to give my 2 cents: these guys have had six years on me; 7 on you. I would hope that they would get really good. That said, I'm still uncertain that the best players now would beat x6 or col, or even the next best teams at the time. They are really good at aiming now, but our harrington strat still beat the best guys now. Now, I know the copout would be "loL dORiTo pwNeD dOoDz in MiD on IniTiaLz," but didn't he always do that? And did jeffbeat and scottyb not do the same? I don't like to bring up the now vs. then argument, because the answer is simple- the guys now would rape us then on any aim map. But they've also had six years head start. six years before cpl 2005 was 1999. dod wasn't even a game then. so props to these guys now- they're really good. but that said, our six+ year old understanding of the game still beat some really great players in the present game.

tl;dr- (y)our understanding of the game is what made you(us) great. the aim was better than everyone at the time, but that doesn't explain major wins. now, it's just repetition- i haven't seen any new strats since my six years away from dod. also, some of these guys are not afraid to just hack for a few minutes. that helps.

and, also, about your "boring" playstyle. maybe old age has got to you, but i remember playing against you when you were at your best (ROFL you were always bad), but you were not the sit back sniper you apparently think you were. i remember playing you on lan ~6 months after you had stopped playing and i farted on your dinner and we had a discussion about it. it was because you were playing the way you _used_ to play, and i would sit back and shoot you when i saw your paladin hair swaying in the wind. and that's what I did with a six month head start. also, we were sniping on rr1
