hey guys! I'm gonna post something, then airnick will delete it just like he has done with every single movie post on this website because of the following ;

1) of the 3 people who paid for movies, airnick was last in line and paid the first half of what was agreed upon, and then gave me 7+ seasons of demos and times which had ZERO ORGANIZATION at all in regards to the demo names and the times on the time sheet (which was literally written on a piece of loose leaf paper then photographed and sent to me) EXAMPLE: anzio match vs 38th - 10:00-10:45 (no description at all of the clip, and then I would go to that time and watch and he'd get two kills 30 seconds apart or there would be no kills there at all. it was impossible to comprehend) then, I would go look through all of the 5 rars of demos he gave me and the demo names were all just "anzio.dem" "anzio2.dem" "anzio3.dem" etc. or it would just be something COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT like ****.dem.

2) airnick then transcribes the times to a notepad **** and sends them, still with no demo names corresponding to any actual demos i had and with the way he named his demos, it was near impossible to attribute any of the things listed on time sheets to any sort of demo or clip and on top of that, as I stated before, no times had any description and the majority of them would have no kills take place during the times he had written down... BUT, I went ahead anyways and spent almost a month going through every single one of his demos and re-organizing/timing them myself.

at this point, as guillherme had mentioned, joey's movie was seriously about 99% done and I was just waiting on joey to get me the remaining clips that he wanted to be used to replace some stuff, and at that point guillherme's movies were about 75% done in total; we had two very full rough drafts ready to be cleaned up although I believe there were a few things that got kind of misunderstood on both of our parts when discussing possible ideas. But then, my external HD died and I lost everything cass's movie as well as joey's demos. this all coincides with things happening in my life that kind of disintegrated the level of free time I had to really be able to dedicate to making cass's movies as i had really envisioned them, coupled with the loss of all of his clips, this lead to rethinking the approach of the movies and that takes us to where he and I are at now which is a whole new idea for the movie and something that I think he will enjoy more, I will enjoy more, and you all will enjoy more. It will be my DoD movie magnum opus and will be nothing like any movie I've ever made.
Joey's will still be better than any of my movies to date (short of cass, dorito, vasily, and the THUNDER movie) and Joey will be either getting me his remaining clips in the next week and a half or his movie will have an intro and credits added to it and it will be rendered and released when I head back to Buffalo for a week and a half to continue getting things situated, as unfortunately there is not the money available right now to have my behemoth alienware moviemaking computer shipped to where I am currently residing.

3) BUT ANYWAYS, this all pertains to airnick in that his movie was LAST IN LINE. Joey and Cass both hadn't and still haven't received their movies obviously, and so why would Nick have received his yet? So he became extremely impatient and, unlike cass and joey, he became disrespectful at a point and just kinda went off on me for a while. Next thing I know, I receive PMs from Pat, Steve Hisey, and Airnick himself all informing me that the Steve was taking on airnick's movie now and asking if I could pass along the timesheet that I MADE MYSELF with a month of non stop demo watching every free second that I could find (note; these are AIRNICK DEMOS, PLAYING IN TPG OPEN AND MAIN AND WHATEVER THE **** ELSE, no offense man but, it's a Netherhell situation.) and so I did as was requested. Why would I argue with that? The movie was a flop for me to take on by that point. It was clear that it had zero potential for my style of movies after I went through all the demos and timed shit myself, there were minimal clips and that project NEEDED Steve's creativity to make it even worth the hours I spent re timing the aforementioned demos. If Steve had never come into the picture, Nick's movie would still be on the docket. Thus, the half-fee that airnick paid was absolutely decent considering the raw man hours i spent in immense pain sitting at my computer endlessly doing the job he was supposed to do (note; Bryan "dorito" Derueda offered to pay me this same price just to time his demos before his movie became my project, only he had 3/4ths as many demos as airnick's and Bry was the best player during the height of dod with all of his demos being against the best teams in dod both online and on lan. So I told him I didn't want his money because getting to learn a lot of stuff about the game from his demos was price enough for me to just do it even when I wasn't the one making the movie itself).

SO there you all have it. Airnick got impatient and disrespectful, he made it abundantly clear that the movie was now being taken on by someone else, and so now out of his anger for ending up with no movie because of these things and Eric's current sabbatical from 1911, airnick has taken it upon himself to go out of his way to delete or edit all of my posts regarding movies at all. We all seem to have forgotten that there are two sides to every story and Airnick is not exactly known for being the most lovely person to deal with when he has an issue with you.

Joey and Cass have been absolutely amazing in understanding all the things that have happened with me throughout the making of these movies and they will be rewarded for it with movies BEYOND the best possible product I can give them (cass especially; that movie has major major plans behind it and I am beyond excited to get to translating the ideas that are in place for his best of the best clips. his movie will be unlike anything you guys have seen out of me.). So, Mr. Conte, continue to delete, edit, shit talk, make stories up or whatever you want to do. I'll keep posting this novel every time you delete it, and once I speak to Eric you won't have the ability to do so anymore regardless, considering you're a non contributing member of this community nowadays and you're abusing your power out of spite. Spite for a situation you have no right to be spiteful about. Stop acting your height and start being realistic about this. Or at least tell the story straight. Don't get me wrong, if I had really really put the pedal to the medal on these projects from day one then yeah there's a chance that none of the delays would've affected them at all, but I didn't do so. That's on me. And I am sorry to the other two guys for that. Joey and Cass will still get their movies whether it be during the couple weeks I'm back in Buffalo, or within the month after that when my computer can be shipped out here, and those movies will be far far better thanks to the delay. Nathan will also be getting a movie that is a long overdue passion project of mine that I had wanted to take on for a while (it's a sequel to vasily - flawless. something I always wanted to do but couldn't find anyone with the absurd nutball holy shit type of clips to do it, until Nathan that lovely son of a gun), and also I very VERY quickly threw my own movie together and released it, and then had it deleted from here entirely by airnick, which was simply to clear the hard drive space necessary for guilherme's movie (a fact which he is aware of as well and completely understood).

You few people who weren't hip to the facts until now can continue on with the sarcastic smack talk about me and charging people for movies, if you so desire, but I expect that if you read all of this then you won't. Those who do are obviously the ones in the know. cus hey they're totally right, I just scammed people completely and didn't do anything at all for them that I said I would do, because anyone in this community who knows me at all knows that's exactly the kind of guy I am LOLoLoL. not.

and as far as me saying to expect Joey's movie that week, you can ask Joey himself, everytime we talk I ask him for the last of his clips and he tells me soon and then shit happens and I don't get the clips. Just waiting for those and then it'll take a single day to capture whatever few clips are left, edit them in, render and release.

I can't believe I just read that novel of a post. Based on of this whole situation, I personally feel all parties involved are at fault. If someone invests in my services I feel a moral obligation to fulfill what I have been paid to do. While real life situations do occur (ie your hard drive dying, god the thought of re-rendering others clips more than once, let alone once is bloodcurdling) these people paid actual money for something and they have a right to expect it in a reasonable amount of time. It seems like this occurred more than a year ago?? In Nick's case, just because he was the third person you took on to make a movie, it still shouldn't mean that he is automatically dropped to the lowest priority. You possibly should have outsourced your projects to a third party like kaboom media because the workload was more than your enterprise was capable of handling.

On the other side of the spectrum, to expect a movie there is a certain amount of effort required on the payees side. I sure as shit would not sit and time out someones demos, it is hard enough to watch my own. I think it goes both ways as to who is at fault, good drama in this dwindling little community.

On a side note, I read most of that post thinking Joey was the english guy before finally realizing who it was.

On another side note, for the amount of time it takes to make a movie $100 is not enough money, I would say somewhere in the ballpark of $500.

I'm pretty sure everyones mod privs were taken away so you shouldn't have to worry about that corey.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

I only thought cass was waiting on his movie, didn't know about joey n airnick too.

On a side note, I understand how things can come up and shit happens..however if I pay for something, I expect to get it and in an appropriate time frame. I would be irate if I didn't get something that I paid for.

If the deal was for a movie, and you were unable to deliver, then regardless if you spent time working on it by timing his demos, you shouldn't keep the money. Unless you deliver what you both agreed upon, which in this case was a movie..you should refund him IMO.
