All in all gents, Stamp cheated, got caught, and that is that. Blackhawk may/may not have been recently cheating, but the IP ban must stand.

just for shits and gigs, unban him and make him record himself playing with a web cam, that way we know stamp isn't the one playing.
It's a horrible idea, but I'd love to see if these kids would actually do it in order to play a game.

It's pretty easy to have your IP address changed.
Unfortunately, these two appear so stupid, that they would be rebanned in a week because they wouldn't be able to just be quiet and blend in.
