If the latter, I just copypasted what was on 4chan. Obviously, what that says may not and probably doesn't reflect the reality of the situation, but that post has a point and I do agree with parts of it. I won't delve too deep into this debate since I don't know to which you were referring.

Actually, I'm pretty sure it is a crime--or at least can be interpreted as one. Children taking pictures of themselves nude and sending them to others can be construed as producing and distributing child pornography and I'm pretty sure some kids are actually registered sex offenders as a result, sadly. There's a lot of debate about the sex offender registry as there isn't really a distinction between the severity of offenses.

Congratulations on teaching your child that violence is an acceptable response to bullying. Seriously, that always bodes well. The whole traditional notion of "just respond with violence" leads to...well...more violence. This is on par with people who think hitting their kids is a legitimate form of behavior modification. Truth is, it's not.

i'm not saying violence is the immediate answer, but when it's necessary, sometimes you have to lay it down. kids can't rely on teachers to do anything.

From what I've read, it seemed she constantly got herself back into the sh*t that kept her problems around. Stay off the net if that's what keeps bringing the problems back into your life. Social media seemed to be her worst enemy and yet she kept going back to it and to top it off, she made a youtube video. Typical media makes it go viral after shes gone. And now we are talking about it, to bad its too late.

I think you're mistaken. She sent topless photos to some dude when she was 12, and that incident kept coming back to her. I think she hooked up with a guy that had a girlfriend, too, and she received all the blame for that incident (not the guy).

Ultimately the point is: she did not deserve the treatment she received. Even if her actions which led to that treatment was ill-guided (she was 12, must I remind you), it was not deserved. Therefore, the bullying is at fault.
