Looks like they took DayZ and changed some aspects. Been in the works for a year I believe. Should be kinda fun due to the fact that you can group easily with friends, and its free to play after the initial purchase.
It's an MMO. It will be catered to casual players, as that is where the money is at in regards to them. DayZ is hardcore to the max and the lack of hand-holding turns away most of those types of players. I will be sticking with DayZ, especially once it goes standalone.
Also, check out the track record of the company behind WarZ. Not exactly breathtaking.

Lol, I think you're believeing I was expecting some ground-breaking game. You can easily tell its not as hardcore as DayZ, but looks just as fun to me. I doubt they're looking to make tons of money, but simply testing a market since they already admitted they're using another companies software.
