I don't know why you would be joking. It is a little bit hard to believe that you'd be having trouble putting up 1xBW unless you're a novice lifter.

I'm not putting up huge numbers, but I am able to do 5x225 at 155 lb's. What is your program?

No, no no. You're doing it all wrong. What you need to do is take all the weight on your neck. Then you're going to jam your legs down and hyper-extend your ankles, and then shoot back up and lock your knees in place. **** rookie.

That was a quote from It's Always Sunny. It was funny because it is the worst advice possible, and half of it doesn't even make any physical sense. I posted it in response to your video because your video was attempting to point out your form in lifting, and it is funny to give absolutely, and obviously, terrible form advice to such a thing. Saying "**** rookie" is calling out the fact that I have no idea what I am talking about, yet call you the rookie. You should consider unpuckering your asshole, as I wasn't "talk[ing] shit." Jesus you're dumb ( <-- that is talking shit).
