I don't know why you would be joking. It is a little bit hard to believe that you'd be having trouble putting up 1xBW unless you're a novice lifter.

That was a quote from It's Always Sunny. It was funny because it is the worst advice possible, and half of it doesn't even make any physical sense. I posted it in response to your video because your video was attempting to point out your form in lifting, and it is funny to give absolutely, and obviously, terrible form advice to such a thing.
