Many Thank you's!**** wrote:Once you hit level 24 as a barbarian, its smooth sailing from that point on.
Primary: Frenzy with Triumph rune.
Secondary: Rend with Blood Lust rune.
Defensive: Ignore Pain

Tactics: Threatening Shout with Intimidate rune.
Rage: Earthquake.
Passive Skills: Bloodthirst and Inspiring Presence.
The self healing from this build is extremely amazing.
-Keeping up rend on trash packs to gain the most out of Blood Lust.
-Frenzy spam to gain the 8% health over six seconds.
-Revenge when its procced(use it situational, pointless to use on one target if you have a pack coming up with 4+ mobs, you net more health hitting 4 targets)
-Threatening Shout on large mob packs and with Inspiring Presence, you're gaining 1% of your health every second.
Currently running that build with two one handers since I'm still rolling in non-nightmare mode at the moment but nightmare will require you to run a shield and a one hander. From 52-60, you'll want to run;
Primary: Frenzy with Triumph rune.
Secondary: Rend with Blood Lust rune.
Defensive: Ignore Pain with Ignorance is Bliss rune.
Might: Revenge with Provocation rune.
Tactics: War Cry with Invigorate rune.
Rage: Wrath of the Berserker with Striding Giant rune.
also picking up, Nerves of Steel as your third passive skill.
Once you reach 60, you basically have the choice between a heavy self healing build or running a lighter self healing build and picking up a lot of dodge talents from runes and picking up Tough as Nails. This will make you avoid most damage and you are able to swap out some healing talents for more damage.

If it were not for your post I think would have given up. Difference was like night and day. Thank you again!
