Where specifically? Foam rollers are great, especially for lower body.

If you're in pain, I'd hold off on lifting all together. That's just temporary and it'll fade once you're in a consistent routine. I've never been a fan of lifting when really sore, especially for people who are relatively new to lifting. That's just me, though. If you are going to lift, I would just suggest you stretch up good and go light (less weight, and not lifting to failure).

It's not injury pain, just soreness. Quads, tris, and some soreness around the shoulder girdle/ribcage. Today is squats/bench/deadlift, I think I should be fine after warming up although I'm not looking forward to getting my arms in position to strap the bar for squats.

Just see how you feel after a warm up set or two. If you think there's too much soreness, then just tone it back a bit. If you think you can handle it, try to stay on schedule with the routine.

Agreed, or try alternatives to using weight until the soreness goes away. I hurt my back doing squats when i first started b/c i had awful form. I did pistol squats for a couple of weeks until it was better.

take your god damn purse off and work through it. If you would quit doing phaggy full body routines you could work around the DOMS.
