Too bad squats and deadlifts don't get you girls. I'll stick with my four day split of:
1. chest (Barbell, heavy)/tri's
2. bi's/tri's
3. chest (Dumbbells)/abs (up to 500 crunches)
4. chest (Dumbbells, heavy and bar) and forearms

holy shit.. you HAVE to be trolling us with that split. AND your comment about squats and deadlifts dont get you girls. those 2 exercises done right will build the exact physique that attracts girls, as long as you arent eating 6k calories a day and looking like a fat slob entering a strong man competition. if you are a walking biceps/6pack, which is what it looks like based on that split, then i feel bad for you.

This is exactly what I did when I first started at the gym last year... then I read Starting Strength and my mind was blown. It's good to work that stuff into a regular work out plan, but the standard shit HAS to be in your routine, or like seven said, you're just biceps/6pack with no real functional strength. Also it makes you gay... HAPPY NEW YEAR
