You don't put the entire link it, you just put in that like 10 series of letters numbers in the link. Like wzdO8U6N098 in yours.

but how do you link to a specific time in the video, eh? It wasn't working when I was doing that and adding the &t=2m22s

You use &start=seconds instead.
