Question about Banned Cheaters....

Why are they allowed back in the league? Does anyone actually think these tools wont do it anymore?

They are banned for a year...
I would hope a year long ban and some humiliation that comes with the territory of being a known cheater would make them think twice about doing it again.
Not to mention if you ban someone forever for cheating then it is more likely they will try and rejoin the league under another account because they have nothing to lose.

CS was tek, name is James O'Reilly. I think you played with Nalstar and some of them maybe? Or Maybe Heng and kohls?
I played with alot of the local guys for lan events, dbennet, suldrek, etc... Were you sean from PLP?

It has always and will always be a year if you are caught cheating on your first offense. Us admins (and admins of the past) believe that everyone should get a second chance and during that year you hopefully learn not to cheat in DoD.
If you don't then you take a permanent vacation from league play.
