So I just got a new computer and it runs everything perfectly except for Day of Defeat 1.3. I can't get the fps above 60, even with vsync off and fps_override 1. Also, I still have mouse acceleration going on, even with the Raw Input box ticked.
Someone tell me how to fix.

Controlpanel>mouse>pointer options and unmark the enhance pointer precision. That fixed my mouse accel, I have no clue about what's going on with the fps though.

Have you tried disabling vsync through your graphics card settings? I had the same issue in CS and I had to disable vsync from my NVIDIA Control Panel.

I know the problem with the FPS now, but my mouse still feels like it's covered in molasses. Unenhancing my pointer precision did not help.

plus ur mouse drivers ofc! after that m_rawinput 1
