If you click on "team list" on the left hand side of the TPG site, you can see the teams still forming, so yeah there are still some forming. For instance, Ronin is making a team with someone with the biggest STEAM ID ever, so i am assuming one of you is multi-teaming and getting banned eventually.

There is, unfortunately, a flaw in the reasoning process you employed to reach your astute and completely informed assumption. You would need to look at my multi-teamer's ip and compare it with everyone else's in TPG to determine if he is, in fact, multi-teaming.
